Yeah sure, but I thought this was about race car games, I agree about the people though, and we are getting close to getting out of the uncanny valley.

if someone can accomplish exactly that by randomly picking pre-built items, why not applaud him or her for it?
Because it doesn't really follow the rules. I know several people were frustrated that he won when his game didn't really have anything to do with the name generator. All of his content is not generated in code, thus not procedural. Well, some of the sounds were.

Certain FPSs are off for me, I can't play them because of how the guns fire, Bioshock is like this, I think I don't like the delay when you pull the trigger.

XNA is pretty easy to get models into from either Maya or 3dsmax, I've had experence with both, Its as easy as committing your changes then exporting.
