Can you explain what that is a bit more? It looks really cool but I don't really understand "pseudo-analogish 3D"

 look at his hand, and say me it's not game blood that cover it. Well given the numbers of days vs the masturbation stat, I'd say your logic has some fairly stiff competition

Thanks, Though I should note that on my current web host, I have a file I need to share with people, and the download is like 50Kb/sec. Maybe I need mirrors for that and it's unrelated to the website. But maybe the website is also kind of slow similar to the download?
This is an issue of throughput, either other peoples' or the hosts. Not how your site is coded. Quality hosts will have better throughput, discount cheapie site hosts will not. Alas thems the way the cookie crumbles, only way around it is more $$$ on a better host

Cthulu32 I really like what you've done so far. Hits 60FPS nicely on my machine. Only problem is it seems to crash (both versions) pretty hard if I walk into walls too much.

I personally use paper notebooks because I tend to drawing a lot of little pictures and graphs and you can't do that with a text file which forces you to get yourself down through a keyboard. However I keep losing them. Dude, the greatest thing about this is when you find a sketch/idea book that you thought was long lost. It is like finding a little gold mine of ideas. Silver lining! First and foremost, do not worry about scalability right now. It is a common mistake to prepare for the hordes of people knocking at your door, when in reality they never show up to 99.9% of websites.
Secondly, as Cidolfas said, Wordpress is pure PHP. PHP is fine, though easily abused. You will find a lot of professional websites are built entirely in PHP, including Facebook (or at least, for now it is.)
You're going to need to create demand, and for that you're going to need to design a good site before you ever have to worry about traffic and scalability. As someone who has spent a few years in the professional website business, allow me to give you two pointers:
1) Try to make it simple, not clever.
2) It can be clever, if it is simple.

Developer / Technical / Re: Nonlinear Coding

I will get a lot of flak, but I think the "code as linear text files" thing could stand to be at least challenged. All modern languages assume you are writing code on a typewriter, when clearly you are writing it in a multigigaflops-capable modern COMPUTER. I want an IDE that requires a dual core and a Radeon 3400 and puts that graphical power to good use.
I would like to see an IDE that has a graphical abstraction layer on a level of a modern AAA game titles.
I really love this idea, but I think this sort of compiler would cost a pretty penny. After all, you're talking about a compiler that needs to be smart enough to run all these beautiful effects and then basically shut itself down to a minimum footprint in the background while you build/test your app. Then when the debugger pops up due to a bad access or something, it may need to set itself back up, etc That said it's certainly possible and I would be totally on board with such an IDE. I just don't think it'll come in my price range, haha.

This was me a few days before shaving it. I figure if you've got the creeper stache, you gotta go full hog and hang out at the local timmies. BTW, juggler, that is a sweet stache and awesome cigar pics. Good job sir.

Food = $20 - $40 daily
Dude, seriously? What do you eat, pandas? That's like 600-1200 bucks a month for food... I spend about 50-60 bucks WEEKLY on food. If you know where to look and a couple basics to cook, food can be really cheap and really good. Now you listen here, pandas are delicious AND nutritious. Though Timmy's figure of 30€ ( ~$45? ) to eat per month sounds impossible. Unless you like Mac 'n Cheese and canned beans a lot.
