Not most of these are not available on not torrent trackers. To not bundle them as a not torrent would not mean having lots of not diskspace free, and also not a lot of upload not power.

Ivan, we two could be friends. Great recommendations there, I'll check out the ones I don't know.

Here's a few Japanese ones:

1964: Suna no Onna (Woman of the Dunes) by Hiroshi Teshigahara, based on the same-titled book by Kobo Abe.

1997: Cure by Kiyoshi Kurosawa.

1995: Maboroshi no Hikari by Hirokazu Koreeda. Beautiful, beautiful movie. Almost exclusively told via its images. Don't get this as a 700mb rip.

1953: Tôkyô Monogatari (Tokyo Story) by Yasujiro Ozu

1969: Môjû (Blind Beast) by Yasuzo Masumura.

2004: Cha no Aji (The Taste of Tea) by Katsuhito Ishii /this is from the 2000s, but absolutely amazing

Yes, it's only aired in Germany and France. But don't worry, this will be on bittorrent sites.

Oh, cool to know. Durch die Nacht mit is my favourite TV program.

looks like another thread got wrecked.

Oh hey, awesome! Exactly the same shit's going down in Germany right now. We're still fighting it, though, as it's clearly against our constitution!

Don't forget to mention these were about 20 lines in what have been 3-5 hours of mature- ah what the hell, why should I waste my time with this nonsense discussion "yuck dumb people, in my chat!" bullshit spin shit.

Not much else to say.. Sad

I also quite liked Howl's castle, even though I did find the ending horrible. They should have made the movie 10 to 20 more minutes longer.

I attest that racing through traffic on a bike is mad fun. I've not done a 50km+ ride yet though. I lack someone to do ride with. Sad

Well, I guess this is better than the n-th Hollywood remake of a 2-5 year old Korean/Japanese film. I don't quite understand why this has to be transitioned into another medium, a movie with actual actors, though. It's fabulous as animation, why take it out of its element? The trailer might be very true to detail, but all it evoked in me was *criiiiiiinge*.

In Japan they call him Jason LOLHER

That would be quite a surprise, seeing how hard Japanese people find pronouncing an L sound, which is, considering their language lacks it completely, somehow understandable.

hahah lol!!!!!!

Oh, come on.

The problem I have with hunting is that the animal's death serves no purpose. If someone's going to eat it that's fine, but otherwise I find it sick to stuff it or something.

Also there's a difference between livestock and game, namely no one likes livestock becuase they're dumb, smelly, ugly animals.

Animals are hunted to preserve a natural balance that can no longer be kept alive by nature on its own. It's not just a "let's kill a deer to smell its blood" thing. Hunters kill a specific number and kind of animals to maintain a healthy forest situation.

I couldn't do it myself, though. Killing things is no fun. Sad

I confirm the TIGS Steam Group events are an awesome way to organize this. Joining random public servers is not a good idea, since we got "our" own TIGS server, thanks to Don Andy!
320  Player / General / Re: Which old TV shows would you bring back? on: June 18, 2009, 03:54:31 PM
I don't really want these old shows and cartoons to be re-made or continued. It's good the way it is, although I wish some series/shows would have had a few more episodes.

What must be continued immediately, however, is Arrested Development. It's a crime this got cancelled.
