Heh, nice bot, Plasticware Nightmare! The coloring does it well, too.
I'm glad this thread was recovered, even if it was by a wayward spambaby.

I made a tessellation! It's a little messy right now, though. The tail overlaps a little because because the grid of freehand triangles I drew this thing over got a little out-of-proportion on that side.

Well, my friend happens to be studying Chinese (both traditional and simplified, though he prefers traditional) and Korean. I might be able to get him to help, at least for the Chinese.

Mm, I understand what you're saying, PaleFox. After all, nobody has "seen" me, and my power isn't exactly a very showy one. The only hard evidence I can really present is that rob, whom I had fingered as a werewolf after he had left for help, practically admitted that he was one once he had given up defending himself.
But it mainly is a matter of trust.
Anyway, I'll still be voting for you, PaleFox.

I guess I'm both of these things, 'cause I really enjoyed the game.

I finally got the chance to try this properly with another player.
It was the most I've laughed in some time. From pushing each other across the ground and trying to force the other guy out of his goal to trying to remain spinning in the air to things that actually resembled impressive and legitimate maneuvers, every moment was downright hilarious. The whole thing finished with my friend getting one leg segment stuck in the ground in the middle, and flailing around determinately like some possessed scarecrow, trying still to play while rooted to the spot. I love it.

Hrmm... do you think it would still be possible to get the player to cry if he knows that every single entry would be trying to do so? Would the tragedy have the same strength if you know it's coming?
...'Tis an interesting idea, indeed.

Heh, funny you should say that...
I recently got some random motivation to work on "Nothing", and have been doing so for this past while. I hope I can get something significant done before this capricious state evades me.
It would be nice to get back to this wagon game at some point and make something out of it, but that's for another mood.
But thank you all the same!

Does "okay" count? As the spelled-out version of OK, which (as I understand) came from the purposeful misspelling of "All Correct" as "Oll Korrect"?
If you'd count it as a contraction, that is.

It's a weird idea to try and garner any sort of truth from what rob said... he could have said anything in his attempt to save his hide, but he could have accused actual werewolves (or at least one), as stupid as the idea might sound. It could just have been a feeble attempt to shift the blame, or it could have been to shield his fellow wolves through an accusation nobody would take seriously...
I like your way of thinking, genericuser, but can we really afford to base anything on rob's odd attempt to save his life?
But then, it's probably as good a method as any we have right now. And YagerX is a bit of a shifty one...
I'll save my judgment until I hear Xotes' and YagerX's take on the matter
And William, guise never actually got any official confirmation; I mainly trust him through his voting record against inanimate at the beginning. Or course, if the incident with jstckr has taught us anything, it's that we can't always rely on a voting record to show us who we can trust.

How 'bout some sort of character development competition, where the player's character changes in some form over the span of the game - from simple customization, gaining stats/experience, or changing from what the player does - in such a way that no two people will (likely) end up with the same character by the end.
I'm sure it could make for some interesting development systems.

(Okay, then...)
Well, with the misfortune of Skadlic's death goes our last hope of a solid lead... but we still outnumber the werewolves by a good margin, and our list of suspects is narrowing... Unfortunately, there are still 2 werewolves left in town. This means that poor Battlerager was, as he told us, an innocent human. I only hope that his soul has found peace.
So, I guess I'll take over where Skaldic left off, with the list of those who have and have not yet proven themselves human:
Humans Xion (monocle) Renton (seen) Willian Cheater (panda tears) Fifth (informed) guise McAndrews (resurrected) Blademasterbobo (seen)
Werewolves: inanimate rob jstckr
Unknown: brog Kneecaps PaleFox YagerX genericuser Xotes
If anybody disagrees with or has anything to add to these lists, let me know.
I'd personally like to reopen the suspicion of PaleFox. His reasoning always seemed too flimsy to me, and he just so happened to start a fuss over the lynchings only after we had killed inanimate.

I like where this is going, and I think you're achieving the relaxed feeling quite well so far. The menu system could use of bit of work, as has been mentioned. I got the hang of it - it's not bad once you learn how to use the radial menus - but some of it felt a little cumbersome. Also, it's a very minor thing, but you might be able to do something with the text at the bottom when it displays something new... Just a little glow, or maybe having it move a little from the bottom, might make it a bit more apparent if you're trying to tell if an action is repeating (which I guess was only really an issue for me at the beginning before I could tell what I could pick up... but still might help a little).
Anyway, I'll be keeping my eye on this game.

So werewolves and extra-sensory abilities are all make-believe, and yet bringing back our slaughtered neighbor from the dead is old hat, eh Cheater? You certainly are a strange one.
Anyway, I know we don't have a lot to go on, but we HAVE to start voting, here. It's the law after all, and we're so close to ridding the town of this werewolf menace! Has anybody been investigating during these past nights? Skaldic, have you seen anything?
I've kept a list of everyone who hasn't yet proven himself human in my eyes, but it's still too long a list to go acting on so little information. Do we have any leads?
