That looks really nice, to be fair. I might use that edit, but it'll depend on how good it looks with the environment around it. Something with too much animation or detail might stand out in an odd way, due to the restrictions I'm going for. I appreciate the advice!

Thank you, I did consider making it sort of move more, but since it's a tile, it's supposed to be sort of a tile of standing liquid, not really flowing. You're doing well at keeping the walls and foliage readable so far with the severe color limitations, keep up the good work.

@ Geti sure thing, I found an online gif maker, so here's that. I hope it comes across that I was aiming for a pre-rendered 3d SNES sprite feel with it (Mario RPG or DKC)though I made it by hand. Really enjoying your screenshots, maybe I'm biased because I've recently started playing Oracle of Seasons for the first time.

Sprites of a friend's and my characters using strict NES sprite restrictions. Done in "Star Tropics" inspired style. image blown up for better visibility.

@AlonsoMartin My goodness, that looks gorgeous! Especially the colors and attention to detail in all of the foliage.

Looks just a bit like, Considering Kirby 64 is the biggest inspiration behind the game I'm making, this might have been a subconscious decision honestly. I appreciate it though! That sword design is interesting. Is that a gun/trigger handle on it?

Looking nice. I wasn't here, so why are the characters up side down? Also, those glowing hallways, can you go into those? I'm so intrigued by it all.
They're all in midair-falling, and the bat is falling after them. No, you can't go into those doorways, since they're in the distance in the background. In-game, the background is scrolling, so it might be more clear there.

A couple weeks ago I was watching someone's livestream, and they mentioned they think there's a severe lack of bosses that are fought while falling. I agreed with that notion, so here's another miniboss for my game with that gimmick:

@SolarLune, ah is it really too bright? I kept it a bit bright to keep some contrast where it appears in the game, though I suppose it could go darker: @Damian, Thanks a lot!
