Has no thread been made for this yet? Im sure there must be one somewhere Anyone tried the beta/demo yet? I must say, so far I'm quite impressed as it seemingly does what it says on the tin. The lighting and textures are really nice as is the presentation of the game. Just hope the online gameplay is reasonable The Track editing... I didnt have a clue what I was doing, yet a minute later ended up with a perfectly reasonable (granted not very exciting) race track It slightly reminds me of an advanced Kart Rider, which I used to play every night with friends until they stopped the beta for Europe From the creations on the official site:

"I know about the content-aware fill, but I'm still confused about what content-aware scaling does exactly." I'm pretty sure it's when you resize the image, it will remove pixels that arent really needed and still make the image look reasonable without being too squashed/distorted. It remains proportional to a certain extent. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJy9PNU12hc

Well... They do have their growl animations in the more recent games, but still it's a little bit more, I guess. With so many pokemon I dont expect them all to have animations. And yes, the pokemon stadium games go against what I say, but then I guess it's a lot quicker to pull a 3D model around sometimes

Lil fire pig looks kinda cute in his pixel form. I love the concept of the otter with a shell on his tummy, but it's face just kinda looks cheap/fake/not cute enough

Mouse support will make it so much easier/faster to use. Im often on Little Big planet but never actually make any full, proper levels because it takes so long Usually experiment making rocket cars, catapults and boats

I thought opposums were the nasty hissing rodent type animals that nest and breed in people's rooves and bite and generally make a nuisance of themselves?

No I have nothing against swedes, I mean barebone graphics with gradients like what nifflas does. You can call it "IKEA games" if you prefer.
Fair enough, but which other Swedish game designers, apart from Nifflas, are doing that? I can't think of any off the top of my head. Me neither, Konjak actually makes an effort

It's just that people like shouting that something's a rip-off for whatever reason - there was a time where every First Person Shooter was considered to be a 'Doom Clone'.
If a game does a lot of things right, it wouldn't make sense to re-invent the wheel. Just adapt to it and add your own spicy sausage.
Ugh... what? "adapt" or just blatantly copy? And the Doom example was pretty generalized/open, we're talking about a much more obvious comparison here.
