Granted, it's a form of art, and yes of course all video games are a form of art.
But I draw the line when something that looks like it could be made in a night (or probably less) with poor graphics and gameplay is excused because(to quote wiki):
"The game lasts exactly five minutes long, and focuses on life, mortality and the costs and benefits of marriage."
I don't think Ive ever heard such waffle. If we're supposed to look that deep and come up with such ridiculous conclusions, he may aswell give us a blank screen to look at so we can imagine it without having to look at the graphics.
There are people in the community who try so much harder and put so much more effort and time into making games or coming up with unique ideas, yet certain
artists blaggers become substantially more recognised by trying to rebel by being the indie game's answer to Tracey Emin. Although, to be fair, she can actually draw in the first place
