Is there any coders who are looking for a serious project around here? I have a project in need of some coding help. I'm just poking around now, I'll give more details on the actual project a little later...
What does 'serious project' mean, here?

The project is nasty AND doesn't feature any inside jokes. It's that serious. Tongue

Hi,

Im 22 and im on my 3rd year to get a BA of art degree. I'm realizing what I really want to do is create games. I've done a couple things in game maker with a friend, but i would like to find someone who is more fitting to my style. The reason i am coming to this forum is because I've probably played every single game posted on the main page in the last year and I have a feeling I might find some people who are into what I'm into. I also find I work a lot better in a collaborative environment. I enjoy colours and noisy music.

I just posted this in the projects forum, and then realized that It wasn't where i was supposed to.

Nasty as in a lot of work?  Or as in un-fun work?  Or as in, a 'serious game' about something unsettling?  Or as in ... porn?

by the way, I am extremely serious about working on something and am ready to dedicate a lot of time to it. The game could be about anything, i have some ideas but i dont want there to be specific roles as to who does what. I am a better artist than coder for sure, but as far as game design choices i would like it to be communal. I need some water.

The project is a good amount of work, it's about a subject that can be unsettling and aims to entertain but there is not porn. I also have found someone to work with a couple of days ago. I will give you guys details when I can.

Looking for Coders/Artists willing to work for no pay (yet) on complex, original games.  Designer (me) is unstable and is highly likely to make you do in a different direction, or try out an idea on impulse.

You'll get in if you are silly enough to find this deal appealing.  PM me if interested.

Me? I'm a complete and utter noob. I've got next to no experience with photoshop, but I do some sprites and would be happy to animate. I guess what I''m saying is that I am new here and if anyone would like to take me in for a small game collab, then I would simply love to do it. Thank you, and PM me!
