Well, I got GM8 from them after all! Turns out that since my registration was pre-yoyo, my purchase date is in 2009, when I asked for a new key in their system, hence, I have GM8 pro now for free Smiley

Those phone techies are mostly useless. I tried to activate GM7 over the phone and after spending 10 minutes on there talking to a guy, my copy still refused to validate. (The built-in registration system was not loading). Eventually, I upgraded my computer and got it to work.
