Mega Birthday alpha release 7 (v0.0.7)

Download Mega Birthday (0.0.7)
Mega Birthday is an arena shooter-style smash-and-grab for up to four players. The objective of Mega Birthday is to have the biggest birthday! In order to do so, you need to collect more presents than any of your friends.

About:
I had an idea to develop a birthday game for my birthday (16 January). I came up with the concept, and within two days, we had something pretty fun to jam on. While still under construction, Mega Birthday is what came out of our endeavor.

I'd appreciate feedback on almost all aspects of the game. There are many "glitches", and I know about most of them (I'd still like to hear glitches you encounter as well), but what I'm really interested in is your "feel" of the game. Are you having fun? What are you liking or not liking? What is frustrating you?

The game is going to progress quickly over the next few days (entire system from the ground up in two days, playability up to this point in two days, now content), and I'd encourage you to follow along. Keep in mind that you're not about to play a finished product, but a game in its infancy. We're working to mature it daily.

We hope you enjoy MegaBirthday!

Hm, is this local multiplayer? Seems fun but I doubt by myself.  Tongue

Yes. It only supports local multiplayer currently.

It's definitely more fun with more people. One player isn't very hard. Tongue

Hey mate, just gave the game a poke, interesting idea, quite enjoying it (although I could do with a second player...I'm so lonely Cry). I did come across a movement issue where when I put a present down and tried to walk away my guy would appear the other side of the present and be stuck to it (sometimes getting jammed in walls and so on). Just thought I'd highlight this Smiley keep up the good work, can't wait to see more!
