Has anyone seen Twin Peaks?
The Owls in that show are pretty freaky.. and right after I figured out what the Owls were in the show, that was the day Tigsource updated with the Owl banner on top. Freaky.

It was a drama show back in the early '90s.

I always heard people talk about it but never actually watched it. Apparently it was filmed right around where I am from.

If you'd seen it, you might have recognized that the above dialogue does, in fact, come from Twin Peaks. I was just being a smug internet nerd in pointing out that I'd already made the connection.
