Bit of a short notice but we're having the 371-In-1 Klik & Play Pirate Kart II event this weekend over at Glorious Trainwrecks dot com. All the information you need. No need to sign up just drop by the IRC channel if you want in.

Haha, sweet! One question: how do you feel about a game that uses an interpreter (like most IF games)? How would you handle something like that? Would the game maker just have to package Windows Frotz or whatever with the game?

It's over and done with. We hit the goal no problem and even managed a few more.

And there was much rejoicing.

Yaaa~y

That was actually a lot of fun. I think I more than doubled my game-making output in one weekend!

Yes, this was a lot of fun. I enjoyed it a lot! (And was surprised to find that I can make stuff in 2 hours now) Smiley Roll on next Pirate Kart!!!

By my count, 105 people participated, as opposed to GGJ's 1600.  This makes the achievement all the more impressive.  Most of the games were made by the same few people, which is even more amazing.

I'm keen to play through the lot of them and see what gems there are to discover, but the main gain out of this is: I can finish making games!  I can make games quickly!  I can make interesting non-trivial games in a couple of hours!

I had a lot of fun...many many many moments of hilarity and pathos in these games : )

Whew.  What a rush, man.  This should be an annual event.
