3DS would be a PERFECT console for a Warioland game. Kiss

I love the Wario Land games, but what would be really amazing would be if Nintendo got Treasure on board for a new Wario World game (I am a bit of a Treasure fanboy)

Remake Wario Land for the Virtual Boy on the 3DS. Nobody has ever played it, so it'd be like a whole new game.

Is VirtualBoy the one where you look into the googles attached to the machine? Was that thing awesome or not so awesome?

Nintendo Direct Conference was tonight. 3DS LL (XL) was revealed.

1,800 yen (3DS normally is 1,500 yen).

Bigger screen, improved battery life.

Ahahahaha goddammit, I knew this would happen. Welp, at least it means that the normal 3DS will be that much cheaper whenever I decide to buy one.

Nintendo 3D Sexel.

And also I preferred the angular corners to the curved ones.
Also that won't fit in my pocket.
But at least there are proper buttons now for start/select/etc.

I wonder if it stretches DS games and makes them ugly.

I'm not even mad. If it had a second circle pad, I would though. The normal 3DS is pretty much the perfect size.

Also, purple. Go 'cats!

US price of 3DS XL is $199, launching on August 19. Layton 3DS is coming to US. Kingdom Hearts 3D demo is out now. Fire Emblem coming in 2013.

Nintendo finally releasing the new eShop classic titles, two a week I believe starting in July. They showed of Zelda I, Wario Land, and Kirby Pinball.

Going to totally get a 3DS XL. Happy to have something a little larger and more comfortable. Also glad they ditched the multi-color scheme on the interior.

RE: DS games being scaled, I am sure it will work just like the 3DS where you can launch in native resolution as well. The larger screen just means larger pixels, so everything still runs at the same res at the original 3DS.

For those interested in buying the new 3DS XL, here is the process and details of data transfer.

It has better battery life, right? I want to like it, but right now I find it very ugly. Seeing how I never upgraded from Lite (even if I did from Phat), I think I'm keeping my launch 3DS. And, oh man, Professor Layton and Fire Emblem  Hand Money LeftCrazyHand Money Right
