I liked Gears of War and Gears of War 2 as far as game play goes but the story lines and voice acting in those games make my brain hemorrhage. 'Coal Train' especially just made me cringe. I get the distinct feeling Gears of War 3 won't be any better about it.

Much like Team Ninja, Epic really should really just stay away from attempting stories in their games... I'd rather have a 'barely there' story than one that is almost painful to watch.
