Oh man... This always happens to me! I totally had the idea for this exact competition back in November of '07 when I was first discovered the VGNG... I was a member of
Poppenkast at the time and I was going to host the compo there, but I wanted to wait until YoYo Game's Winter compo was over, since everybody was busy with that... But I ended up leaving Poppenkast and the idea never saw fruition... UNTIL NOW! It would appear that the Japanese, using their Idea Extraction Device, have usurped yet another one of my ideas and sold it off! So how much did you pay for it, Derek?! Or perhaps the idea was just too brilliant for one person alone to think of and it was only a matter of time before someone else did...! At any rate, I have joined the forums to participate. I really wanted to make a fully playable game, but I'm just afraid that with finals and a ton of other things going on in my life that it just won't be possible... But I most certainly am going to put my all into making at least one sweet Brand Leadership mock-up... Here is a small taste of what's to come:
