I can't find any licence info anywhere in the Assemblee materials.

There is a big zip file with all the graphics, fine, but this confuses me: what's the point of being able to download tons of sprites if you can't actually use them?

Maybe it's written somewhere and I didn't notice, I guess.

So, what about it?
