I did'nt think it would be that fast! I'm already playing around with the prototype, with 20 days to go, I'll have time to put a lot of effort on graphics .

I finished most of the engine/gameplay this week-end, so now I have 2 weeks to polish the visual, so polish I shall! I'm slowly replacing placeholders, repositioning the interface, fonts etc.
The black bars (top-bottom) will be replaced with chinese painting type borders.


These are the steps I'm going through regarding graphics. I hope to do 2 more on the character, one to add detail(decorative patterns, embroideries etc), then final polish with lighting correction. I started with very serious looking samurais, but then I went through the system16 screenshot archive and old arcade nostalgia won them a more early 90's look.
