My unofficial competition is Guys with Chainsaws. I'm going to start it with my own entrie (in development), "Dethnite." There's three rules:

1: No nudity.The occasional sexual reference is allowed, but nothing too extreme (as in no S&M, no actual pictures of people "doing it", etc.)

2: It's gotta be rated M for violence! Just no animal cruelty and illegal stuff like that.

3: Have a shi*load of fun making your projects.

I'm afraid you're unlikely to get much of a response.
There is a massive collaboration already going on and two different community competitions coming up, and without much more regulation and clarity of deadlines and rules, you may not find anyone interested.
