FYI. It's running until July 4. It seems at a minimum worth it if you missed the Christmas sale last year.

They seem to have a couple "pack" deals where you can buy everything from a single publisher for a fixed price. Some people I know were really excited about this all THQ Steam games for $50 thing? Dunno.

I got "The Witcher" for like $7. ... but I don't have a windows machine to play it on...

EDIT: There's a whole page for indie titles.

All the Introversion games for $5! But the mac versions which exist aren't included Sad

Wow, this is pretty neat. That pack contains a lot of games that interest me (Titan Quest, Dawn Of War 2, Full Spectrum Warrior and a few other). Shame I don't have any money at the moment.  Sad

Yeah, got Cryostasis, the Introversion pack, Flotilla and Trine for cheap (also P.B. Winterbottom though that's not on sale).  Durr...?

I was thinking of buying some, but I don't know what to get. Any recomendations in indie games*? I already have Darwinia and Multiwinia, but I don't know if I should buy the Introversion pack for the other two.

*Mainstream game recomendations are fine too, as long as they are really worth it and not very expensive.

Get Trine if you haven't played it. At 4 bucks it's worth it. Flotilla is another good choice, but if you don't like strategy games then maybe not.

Hammerfight is 5 bucks and definitely worth it. Had a blast playing that game.

Clive Barker's Jericho at 1.69 is a great price. While not oustanding, I did enjoy it. It's like doom or serious sam. Story is kinda funny in a b-movie kind of way. The different character's abilities really changed the gameplay up.  If you enjoy mindless shooters, you'd probably enjoy this.

Picked up Killing Floor for five bucks. Should be fun, been meaning to get it for a while. Flotilla is definitely worth the money as it's great stuff.

The servers are getting hammered, hah. Too many users, too many bargains.

Just picked up Counter Strike: Source.  Probably should have done this years ago, but I figured that now is the time for a new player to join, as I expect an influx of them.  I must say that I am really digging it!  The guns are fun to shoot (always a plus) and the mix of fast paced run-and-gun and tactical positioning has been working out perfectly.  I just love how the matches seamlessly slow down as more people turn up dead.  Good stuff.

I also find myself using the voice commands for the first time in a PC FPS.  The game seems slow enough to let me fumble with the keys a bit to find the right one.

Bought Killing Floor and Dark Void Zero. Nothing else that I didn't already have struck my fancy.

Recommendations:

Introversion Complete Pack
Trine
Osmos
Hammerfight
Eufloria
Plants vs Zombies
The Void
Time Gentlemen, Please! and Ben There, Dan That! Double Pack
Torchlight

The Void is definitely great and if you like that (a little more ordinary, but that doesn't mean much in this comparison) you should check out Cryostasis. Another Russian game, quite weird, but some really neat ideas.

Might pick up Killing Floor, but I think I will pass on it and finally buy Zeno Clash instead.

Very helpful site to keep track of the sales: http://www.steamgamesales.com/

I'm thinking about getting X-Com Apocalypse (3,74€). I somewhat love Enemy Unknown, but I never got far at all as I just find it too frustrating when I get the first invasion mission. I've heard that Apocalypse is very similar despite being set in a single city, but that it's also very good and a bit easier. Is that right?

@Melly: I'd say stay away from Torchlight, because there's a good chance it could go on sale for even cheaper.

Also check out King's Bounty if you're a fan of strategy games (again a Russian game, though not that weird).

I always keep the feed for this blog in my favorites bar http://www.robothobo.com/ddd. It tracks sales from many downloadable game stores, not just Steam.

Lead and Gold for 5,10€. A fast, polished third person western multiplayer shooter. I wanted to wait for a Free Weekend, but 5,10€? Hm..

Picked up Kings Bounty Gold, Space Rangers 1&2 and The Witcher.  I'll maybe get more things if I manage to get some more money.
