The meaning behind that image is rife with symbolism and homoerotic sub-text, a cunning inspection of the modern agenda.

A game about dancing around alpacas can't be anything but awesome.
I wonder if the yellow japanese text on the case is intentionally made to look like the word "Plush".

Not very likely, no.

Fences can be moved around! Or I am lying and they can't. Let your eyes do the judging. http://flashgamedojo.com/u/f1wzy0/Gameplay ideas / suggestions would be cool. I've got some kind of an idea of what to do, but I need to flesh it out.

I like what you got going so far, though I suggest having the first button press on a direction just turn your character towards it for better control. Also, make a graphic for when your character is carrying a fence.
You could make it a farming sim where you have to do various tasks to tend of your alpacas in co-op.

I don't really know what this game will be, but it looks like something I will shamefully waste hours playing. The graphics look great! The sprites look true to the NES or close to it. And yet those alpacas are SO DETAILED! Alpaca farming simulation could be EPIC!
