Dammit, failed to crunch something out in time Sad

Feature creep got the better of me... after the deadline extension was announced I got a bit carried away with trying to implement all sorts of extra stuff like destructable terrain and procedurally generated levels etc.

Anyway, I'm happy with what I've done so far, so I'll carry on and try and get it finished in the next couple of weeks or so.

It looks very interesting. Sad to hear you didn't make it. Hopefully it'll turn out awesome in the end anyway.

Woohoo! Finished!!

Did I spend the last one and a half years adding in tons of extra enemies and graphics and weapons and stuff?  Nope! It's been pretty much untouched since my last post, but never completely forgotten... so I spent some time over the last few days fixing a few little things and making it releasable.

Video and download link in the first post.

I'm going to tell all my friends about the current "Absolute genius archaeologist crisis", because there's not enough archeologist crisis awareness.

The game is awesome.  The controls are tight and the ruby collection mechanic reminds me of Sonic in the weirdest way.

Fruit is the best reward.
