Thanks to RPS, I've just come across this great game: http://crypticsea.blogspot.com/2010/08/balls.html

Up to 100 furballs per Server racing, duking it out or just plain causing mayhem. Good times!

Note that you can change the colour and icon of your ball by clicking it in the lower left of the main menu, or pressing Escape and choosing the "Coat of Arms Editor" ingame. The pair of eyes you can choose from each have their own special abilities (activated by pressing A + D) and you unlock new ones as you gain points and rank up.

Yeah, very much like transformice. For the first few round you have no idea what's going on. Then you start to get a grip and everything changes. And then you realize you've wasted far too much time on it.

Eh, I guess I'd have to say I liked it over all tho.

ok the controls are quite confusing and I wasn't quite sure what I was supposed to do, but other than that it looked like a nice little game.

Seems like a lot of potential but a ways to go yet? Fair enough, as it's v0.57. Server is laggy as hell, controls are kinda fuzzy (GET IT) and exacerbated by the slow server, and there's no way to chat, which I thought was critical to the Transformice experience. I've got at least 5 sets of eyes unlocked, but only one or two of them seem to actually do something. The gamepad code seems to be buggy--it lets you remap buttons away from the default, but they won't work if you do. (On Logitech at least, button 2 is obviously a better choice for Sticky than button 3...)

So let's talk about eyes. The fourth pair of eyes, the solid dark-green ones, make you inflate like a balloon and float. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be reversible and you eventually pop. One of the others makes you a little bigger temporarily, but I'm not sure that it does anything. I've seen people doing weird matrix-y floating and occasionally exploding with a large blast radius. Any other experiences?

Oh, and it would be more useful if the Emote buttons would display a smiley/frowny mouth as well as the eyes. Not that anyone's gonna care how you feel anyway but on the off chance that someone actually wants to communicate, the eye expressions aren't clear enough.

That's pretty much what you have for now. The "temporarily-a-little-bigger" eyes, the "wide-open-big-balloon" eyes, the red eyes which make you explode and the "matrix-y" floating eyes. You get all of them pretty soon in the game and there seems just one more pair of eyes which probably unlocks at rank "??", I was at the 2nd best rank, Annihilator, with around $120,000 but the game got somewhat repetitive for me so I deleted it, I'll get back to it sooner or later. It just needs more eyes but most importantly, more maps. By the way, destroying the $700 chandelier in the kitchen level is very cool, and the game definitely needs a chat if not for anything else, but so that more advanced players could give tips how you can destroy certain items. Once we actually destroyed the whole kitchen level and got $2670, that was very cool.
