I may as well explain my votes here, too.

Under the Garden- The quality of the pixel art was very good, but what really set it apart was how stylish it was. It gave the game and unique and powerfully emotional ambiance.

Sandy Evolution- The graphics were so unique and beautiful, they were easily my favorite of the competition. The surreal designs inspired all sorts of different feelings.

Mediecross- The clay-like textures and geometric designs stood out to me. A lot of work must have gone into the graphics, and it shows.

For the Twin- The graphics were just a whole lot of fun. It's impossible to see the smiling, bouncing creatures and not be charmed.

Cat Poke- This game had some of the best quality pixel art in the competition. Everything was charming and adorable.
