(edit: just tried spelunky there with the latest wine, to reassure myself - I can't see anything, only sound works).
Spelunky works for me, though it lags like a motherfucker. Try turning the pixel scale to 1x in config. Though, wine has patchy repeatability of bugs on various machines in my experience, so this mightn't help at all Dacke, why no flash?

Adobe doesn't support 64 bit Linux.
If you create your own operating system, you have to get "approved" by the owners of proprietary formats (like Flash). This is why I'm so passionately opposed to closed standards, like Flash. It lets the powerful keep the powerful powerful.

;-; that's sad, don't all those less than great but acceptable OSS flash players have 64-bit versions? I've only ever run 32-bit *nix, I wouldn't know. Also I definitely agree about the whole proprietary standards thing.

You can use the 32-bit version instead. It just won't accept mouse/keyboard input, from me. Anyway.. I'm really tempted to program a game in Google Go now, to get to use . Oh, how I wish I had the time.

I actually think these icons would be a lot better if they didn't have the black outline. What do you guys think?

I too think it would be better with no black outline AND with the icons centred instead of each having its own position (i.e. if the game supports only windows then the windows icon is centred and not far to the left, and if the game supports windows and linux then there is no weird blank space between them).

I kept the icons in set positions so that you can quickly scan down the forum page to see which games support your OS, and I put a black outline on because I copied the icon template from the tech. forum and all the existing custom icons have a black outline.

I agree, it makes sense to have them in the same position.
The reason I don't like the black outlines in this particular case is because it makes it harder to scan, actually (you tend to look at each box as a whole, whether you like it or not). The other custom icons don't serve that purpose.

I was just about to suggest that. It draws too much attention.

I agree with removing the outlines, but you'll need to make the background transparent I think. lazily pixelled a template, needs refining and possibly some more AA but whatever.

I've been banging around in the Mac version of GameMaker the past couple days. You can't build for PC and you can't do a simple port by copy-pasting code, so if it catches on at all you might see the occasional Mac-only game.
But since GameMaker for Mac isn't being promoted at all, I don't think it'll be a big issue.

Methinks there should be an icon for Glulx and Z-Code. That way, people KNOW if they need an interpreter.
