Which was the one that had the mushrooms you could eat and everything would turn all trippy?  That's the only one I've played, and that's all  did in it, too.  It was part of some bundle someone got me as a present when I wasn't much into PC gaming...

I believe that is Ultima VIII, although I might be remembering wrong.
