We need a mushi master stat.
I love you forever for making that reference.
And the astral parasites thing sounds damned cool. We should, like, make games about it and stuff. That's what we do. Make games, you know.
Anyway, the only kind of regular exercise regimen I've ever had is cycling, something which I love to do and a habit I sometimes have and sometimes don't. Nothing relaxes my mind more than riding. I injured my foot running down stairs this summer, and my bike was stolen before I healed, so I miss it. I walk a lot on campus, though, and keep fairly fit.
I've never broken a bone and don't have headaches or anything like that. I eat a healthy diet, low in meat and variably high in plants. I'm on the skinny side, and half my body's muscle mass or more must be in my legs for the cycling. I lack the upper body strength to climb very well on anything other than a relatively easy tree. CURSE YOU, TED!
