I tend to get sick quite rarely. I get headaches often enough, but nowhere near as much as I used to. I'm slightly underweight and not especially fit, but I seem to do more exercise than some of my friends and classmates...

I wouldn't say that I'm prone to injury, but I do run into walls a lot.  Ninja

I'm feeling way better these days now that I'm back to fencing on Fridays (except maybe for the part where I wake up every Saturday with sore legs). Ideally I'd get out for running or tennis more often, but as long as I get some regular exercise, I feel I'm doing okay.

I'm prone to injury, though. I'm constantly hurting myself on stuff, and I have weird recurring problems with one of my feet from where I broke it badly when I was a child.

The more open-minded person in me thinks that these might be some kind of astral parasites that feed off of my energy while I dream and I can only perceive them when I'm in the state between dreaming and awake.
Is this a reference to that book written by thatguy who writes those Artemis Fowl books?

'Cause I think I read it.

I love you forever for making that reference.

And the astral parasites thing sounds damned cool.  We should, like, make games about it and stuff.  That's what we do.  Make games, you know.

Anyway, the only kind of regular exercise regimen I've ever had is cycling, something which I love to do and a habit I sometimes have and sometimes don't.  Nothing relaxes my mind more than riding.  I injured my foot running down stairs this summer, and my bike was stolen before I healed, so I miss it.  I walk a lot on campus, though, and keep fairly fit.

I've never broken a bone and don't have headaches or anything like that.  I eat a healthy diet, low in meat and variably high in plants.  I'm on the skinny side, and half my body's muscle mass or more must be in my legs for the cycling.  I lack the upper body strength to climb very well on anything other than a relatively easy tree.  CURSE YOU, TED!

Ah, and last time I donated blood I learned my cholesterol's optimal and my blood pressure is quite healthy--along the lines of 120/70.  Assuming no cancer, I'm in good shape.

The Supernaturalist. I loved Eoin Colfer when I was in grade school. Haven't read any of the recent Artemis Fowl books though...
