I'd like to make vector graphics, but Inkscape is horrible. I can't figure it out.

I found inkscape easier to use than illustrator ... my problem with it (this was years back) was that it crashed too much.

Many designers own Illustrator and Inkscape because Illustrator is better at text while Inkscape is better at shapes.

Illustrator's pen tool feels more natural than Inkscape's Bezier tool. It's easier to change colors, Illustrator has simpler and memorable shortcuts, and [CAUTION: Opinion ahead!] is just better to me. People have their own things, but I'd rather pay whatmuch for Illustrator.

From listening to my grandma as a kid, Peoria sounds like a place people and things get stuck in a lot. Even when they've previously been located in California.
