So you didn't create a unique swap partition? Is that even possible?
No I didn't, I chose the partition with all my data on it I've become a linux expert the last 3 days with all the stuff I had to do though

That sucks. I hope you have the courage to give Linux another try.

Got in my first car accident last week Monday. Luckily, no one was hurt, and the damage to both vehicles was minimal. Today, the water pump on my car gave out, and it's $500 to fix.
Working 40 hours a week in a tool and die shop is demotivating. Once I get home, I have no energy to attempt to work on games or practice music.

I won't actually be able to do game dev stuff until mid-September, when one brother is gone at college and the other is back at school. Because the college brother blasts music, and the other hogs the internet throughput. Which means HTTP requests don't go through. The worst part about this is that the college brother commandeered a room in the house to do music stuff, and got a desk from a trash pile. He has no reason to be in the livingroom blasting music.
I hate Spotify.
But I really have to do game dev on my current game so I can prove that independent game development can be a viable source of income.

It sucks that I have spent a year a game and a half at game dev and I only nearly have something to show for it.

I've spent about three or four years at gamedev and I still have nothing to show for it.
