Baby kills mother for interrupting breast feeding session.
this is precisely why babies start out with no muscle strength: they would if they could.

In other news, Farmville has done us a service. This lady shook her genes right out of the gene pool. No need to worry about that bad temper, weird bug-eye or poor parenting skill being passed on!
Don't be a dick. I agree with what's been said. I think this is pretty awful but worse things certainly happen. Doesn't make this any less sad.

Poor parenting skills are genetic. The people must be told!

This might just be the cynic in me speaking but maybe it's for the best. If she's the kind of person who's going to kill a child over an addiction to facebook games maybe she shouldn't be raising children in the first place.

Are drug dealers (hard drugs, like heroin) morally culpable for giving their clients highly addictive and dangerous substances and profiting from them?
Is Zynga morally culpable for developing, releasing, and profiting from a game so addictive that people kill their children over it?
Probably not.

Both Drug Dealers and Zynga are simply playing the system they're working within.

I remember the time when I had to kill a baby in self defense. It too had a knife and it was trying to sell me time-shares on top of that. It was tough work, I had to take a smoke break halfway because I was out of breath.

It's more a core demographic thing than it is a "FarmVille is making people do such and such" thing.

The FarmVille element of this story seems irrelevant to me. She probably would have done the same no matter what she was concentrating on at the time. You could replace the 'playing FarmVille' with, 'watching soaps', 'talking on the phone', 'shopping', 'online bingo', etc. and I think the outcome would have been the same.
