Is anyone familiar with the movies of Ray Harryhausen? He was the one responsible for films like the original Clash of the Titans, Jason and the Argonauts, Sinbad, etc... You know the type; the whimsical fantasy flicks of the 60s & 70s that usually involved fighting mythical beasts of lore in glorious stop motion.
Well there's this one... I don't think it was part of that guy's filmography... This was more of an offshoot from the success of those kind of films, the poor, lesser-known cousin, perhaps. For the life of me, I cannot remember the name of the film, though! I remember it aired on TNT sometime in the mid-90s and I caught it on a VHS tape. I think the title was something "Jack" or "Jack" something... I remember a scene where they were fighting these sea hags aboard a ship or something... Argh. I know this is really obscure, but does anyone know what I'm talking about??Sorry I didn't spend 5 more minutes trying to find this on my own... FOUND IT!!
