The Workshop is here for serious critique and self-improvement. Here are some general guidelines:1.
It is understood that if you post artwork here, it is being made available for critique and feedback, including edits of the art.2.
If you are posting feedback, please post something substantive. One-liners like "I love it, bro!" are not acceptable. This is acceptable: "I love this! I think you could improve X by doing Y, but overall it's a great piece. Especially the part where..."3.
Critiques should be constructive. The goal is not to tear someone down, but to encourage them to become better. DON'T BE A DICK!4.
On the other hand, getting overly defensive over your artwork when people are being perfectly constructive is also not acceptable. You are here first and foremost to improve.5.
Put some effort into your work when posting here. A little squiggle or half-finished doodle is hard to give constructive feedback on. People are not here to do your work for you, buddy!6.
That said, having fun and going off-topic occasionally is fine. If it starts to stray too far away, please reign it in by simply returning to the topic at hand.
It is acceptable to post:
HAVE FUN! LET'S ALL GET BETTER TOGETHER!

- Challenges where everyone can participate (and be critiqued!)
- Links to resources and materials that could really help people improve their artwork
