What's the top swoosh supposed to do? It looks like he/she's doing a taunt, or possibly brushing off a spider sitting in his hair.

You've already thought of the hair as secondary motion, which is great. I'd suggest adding some wind-up and follow-through that go beyond the arm, involving the entire character's weight.

As it is, the motion has no force at all - if that's what you wanted, then ignore everything I wrote, but if it's anything from a block to absorbing an impact to actually performing a strike, I'd suggest nudging the body around a bit.

OH BOY I LOVE MAKING 3D THINGS ON A 2D PLANE.

One Million Hours in MSPaint. I probably goofed it up somewhere, but what the hell. It was fun.

I also did some other stuff, but it's kind of embarrassing. Like this little gif right here.
