I don't get this Japanese oekaki google translate drama

Here's what I posted over at dA a couple of months ago:

I asked them to guess what game I had pulled the palette from... but nobody guessed it was from Tower of Heaven (or "Tengoku no Tou", Paul) and I was sad. I guess it was hard to guess, as it's basically the GB palette anyways (...right?)
