Made a deer for Traversia: It's sort of a mix between a Chital (Spotted deer) and a Reindeer. The antlers were kind of weird to do, because I had to keep the side-view perspective for the deer, but I couldn't really get the antlers to look right from that direction. So I just had them at a slight angle.

schoq and jaws01: Those are insanely cute. Thank you guys, you are so nice. I don't think I could have done what you did. I'd argue it isn't what I was going for, but holy crap they are good

It seems the point of my joke edit flew over everyone's head. It was to show what happens when you move things around just for the sake of it, exaggerated to show what I see when I look at almost any 2D game idle animation, most are completely ridiculous to me.
But if some enjoy it for other reasons then I guess that's good too.

Schoq: Got me You might have been right to begin with: Idly "animation" could be said to be unnecessary in this resolution.

Pretty much my first pixel art/animation ever. It's an idle animation, again bouncy and ridiculous, for the game I am working on called LaserJet. (Check it out here: http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=32927.0) Please let me know what you think could improve it/give it more character, or perhaps I can do something completely different with it, something else than the 'generic' bounce?

The bricks in the dirt shouldn't have light areas, unless they're sticking out in the third dimension (toward the camera), the bricks on the underside of the staircase shouldn't have a highlight. That's pretty much my only crits. Otherwise, it's really excellent-looking!

Cellusious: You're definitely improving- though you might be taking a little too much inspiration from Geti's style
