I like the design of that croc and crab, perhaps Jim and Jane should be wearing different color hats, blue and pink to enforce gender stereotypes.  It would help with their hair color matching the hat color. This is looking real clean though and I'm super excited for Pipe Works.  |

My friend suggested I post some sprites and animations from Pipe Works here. I'd like you all to meet the twins Jim and Jane with their victory poses:   And their silly arcade styled death sequences:   Our colorful cast of enemies (missing two:)  And even some bosses!   (These two actually won't be seen in the lite version.) I'd like to know what you guys think. I'll post some background soon. Wow these are really cool. The only thing that bothers me is the flat black outlines on some of the enemies make them look flat. Also the alligator really lacks depth, probably due to the color restrictions (but you really brought out the form really well!). |
