I didn't know you posted here, 1up! You're a real big inspiration for me! Fantastic job as always.

Coincidentally, here's a tileset mockup for a platformer roguelike, using 1up's work as a reference. I did a lot of experimentation with color here and I'm really happy with how it came out.

DragonDePlatino, I love everything about those tiles. As usual you have a knack for filling out your allotted space! Love the hanging ivy in particular.

Changed the perspective in my game to axonometric 3/4 instead of Zelda pespective (I've also added more shadows!):

Also, I love everything people post here. You're all doing great job!

Looks better to me. I think it would work even more if you darkened the brightness of the wooden floor tiles. At the moment they are almost the same brightness as the tables, chairs and bar.

I kinda wonder, if I may, when you create stuff like this, do you draw it on 'paper' (traditional or otherwise) first or do you go straight-to-pixel when inspiration hits?

Sorry if this has been answered before, I'm just curious.

I really like how accurate the skeleton looks, it's amazing. I do feel that the contrast between the 2 lighest shades is a bit subtle compared to the rest of the pallet, but perhaps this was intentional to avoid making certain parts too busy?
