You need some flying squids as well.
You really like squids don't you? As long as they look like the pixel one you drew, I'll second your motion!

Believe it or not I've already made some, but they're small and bob in a vertical loop instead of moving horizontally like the whales.

Old-fashioned anime-aesthetic, NICE! I dig it lots. Plus that hat is pure love! Keep it up, guy!

O wow excellent. I don't like the blue-ish lines around the hair on the inside, though; and something about the whole neck+shoulders area bugs me a bit. It still looks a bit WIP, to me.

Yeah, I'd kind of like to see it with more pronounced lines on the hair, but it's still fantastic.

You're certainly getting better, I see a lot of progress in your work. You do know how to pixel, and every frame in your animation looks fantastic. It's just the flow in the movement that was your weak spot, but this is a lot better, you're really getting somewhere. What I said to you earlier is still relevant though, I think. Make some animations without any detail(since you are already strong in the details), like simple silhouettes and such, just to get the flow working. The animation is, while a lot smoother, still a bit stiff. It lacks that little extra elastic thouch. How do you animate? Do you use photoshop? Do you draw a sketch first and then add the details, or do you finish every frame before starting on the next one? You familiar with onion skins? It is obvious that you're getting there, keep it up

I don't know onion skin, I heard of it but never tried it ._.; About no detail, I will try o_o; I can't even make stickmen figures in pixel ahaha *orz*
