Looks good now. Before it looked like his body was a spinning cylinder.

The game is not about wardrobes. Some of these are just for fun (like samus').

another one : come on guys please tell me what you think I think the first one is better However, it looks like a fledgling. There nothing special about, it lacks deeper shadows (less depth, etc). But that doesn't have to be wrong. It's just, uhm. Yeah. That's it. Nothing special but ok.

First one is better, yeah.
Also, looking at my new avatar how's the animation?
Oh Chevy, yeah you might want to turn the highlights on the little dude's hat.

In his crawling animation, that little piece of hair on the top of his head seems weird imo.

If his head is turning should the highlight on his head just a bit? I'll give it a shot in a bit, here.

I vote no highlight turning. It's a highlight after all. Give it a try though.

Yeah, I'll figure it'll just look weird, but it's worth a shot. I tried making the hat bob a bit, just to give the head a bit more movement, but even just a little was too much, and it looked like he was at a metal concert.

You're just shading the edges, you need to create shadows, like underneath the wing for example. I would anti-alias the inside of the outline instead of what you're doing with the edges of the sprite currently. But yeah, I think shadows would be significant enough to give it much needed depth. I don't think it really needs to be made any cuter. Edit: Oh wait, you did. Maybe you need more contrast. Also, what everyone else said: pink cheeks. dsfsadff

Aw man, I was gonna suggest that. Also, give it more ruffled feathers, puffier birds are cuter birds.

I redid the last little animation for my tousle again. I fixed its arms and gave it a little bob without making more frames. I'm kinda expecting I'll have to give it another frame or to to make it look really smooth, but for now, have I improved?
