That's really good, Nessiah. Sure, there's a few little anatomy flaws and strangeties about it, but even getting that far on such a smooth pixel art animation is something to be very proud of!

For me, shoulders-down is great. I usually like a little more bounce in the step, but your real issue is the head. The hair doesn't seem to flow through the animation the way the rest of the body does, and even the ribbon on her head looks alright (if a bit jerky). Make it sort of "wave" with the bounce in her step, rather than "flapping" like it currently is, and you're like to get better results.
I went over the same thing with Pietepiet awhile back. We started with this (
Pietepiet's sprite):

And with a few edits to the hair, gave it more flow and less flap. The result looked like this:

Which is a much more attractive animation (I think it was still unfinished at that time, but hopefully my point is clear). Your character doesn't have a long ponytail like that, but you can probably still give the ends a bit of a wave to liven things up and get rid of that stiff look.
