You're right, it's really off. How about this? I altered the stance to where it looks better, in my opinion, along with the arm's shading. Thanks! I like it, but It feels like the arm is not connected, and either the body is not connecting with the legs or the opposite. Besides that it looks great so far.

I like them a lot! They have a lot of character. I'm assuming the last two are WIP because their detail level cannot dare surpass the first two. I also feel a bit irked by the last guy's shadowed left half because he has fire in his left hand. I'm assuming that'd be more than an adequate light source.

the last two are p. much done, the third less so. the last guy is intentionally in a more simplistic graffiti-ish style mostly just to add character (im gonna try to do that with what characters i can). also NOT SURE WHY i didn't think of adding reflections from the flame seeing as i love shit like that. ill add that then.

I decided to try out some dithering, something I don't use often. Kinda Metroid inspired. To Game Boy spec.

Haha, I like that the design in yours is based off of the weird interpretation of the sprite.
Shiny, that is really cool. Lots of character.

JPick, those look awesome. They have so much character, and a nice pastel feeling. Piet, I always love watching people's timelapses. So thanks

peit that looks really good, but why did you make the character bowlegged and also why did you only animate the scarf.

Yeah, I'm going to change her stance later, and animate it some more. This was just a quick try to test some things out, recording wise. Thanks

cool, one small crit. is you can clearly see where the edge of the sprite is because of the scarf at one point it is cut on the side.if you rounded that flat edge i think it would fix that.
