the proportions aren't so hot on your guy; as you can see jo made his legs longer. He also relaxed the whole pose so he isn't standing as if he is tied up. The shape of the head is really nice, and as you can see didn't change much at all in the edit. There are a couple issues with colour but they aren't the root of the problems with your piece. For future reference, feel free to use the Workshop for more CC on your work! I'd love to see what you do with your next piece! |

Now comes the tough part, I really need critique on this tileset.  Not even sure if the character fits in the environment. Sorry if it's monotonous but I've never really been great with tiles. Any advice? Edits would be lovely too.  There are also a lot of missing tiles I haven't started working on (middleground and background tiles) I also wish for help with the palette. |

@iMoose - that mockup is lovely! however, i think there's a broken tile 3 tiles left of the character sprite. But i love it especially the snow effect!  Is this better? |

iMoose, that is, in fact, looking quite nice! I love the colors and the trees. Here's more of a sketchy thing than a pixel art, but I suppose it qualifies, yeah? I might refine it at some point.  |
