I like the first one more. More readable, and the colors are more saturated. Well, the colors will depend of the rest of the game Tongue
The shape of the arm in the second one is better, imo.

I don't like the helmet (too dither) and the pose (too rigid).

Love this anim! One thing bugs me though, when his foot is moving forwards, it pauses a bit in the middle of the motion before snapping to the front. I'm pretty sure it's intentional, and it does give the forwards motion a bit of impact. It also kills the flow of the movement too though.
