if all of the art is done you could probably just slowly chip away at it in game maker, and ask for help in the technical and tutorial forums

there they are in use

with my awesome placeholder art

I misread that as BARF, so I thought that poor man was being propelled by vomit after inhaling fart.

you are prolly constrained by your canvas size but usually frogs legs go outward at an angle when jumping. they do look great though. nice colours

what exactly were you trying to achieve? a walking/running animation?

I suggest moving his whole body a little more (not just only legs)

Thanks Anty and SadStanley. I'm not sure how good animating the head will go but I'll try my best xD

That's a very smooth running animation SadStanley, I'll try my best to get some head movement going. My animation looks pretty crappy compared to yours... so I think I'll revise that as well.

This is really funny. The wobbling head is really cute, OTOH with such wobbling eyes he should be puking all the time. Wink

Cheers Smiley yeah the canvas is a bit constraining, but i'll give it a go getting the legs to go outwards more, that was my first try at a hop animation anyway so it does need work!
