depends,for doodles i tend to go for 3k x 3k as a base. for paintings etc. i like to have around 7k x 7k to work with.

photoshop; i mostly use the circle brush and then a combination of brushes made by kinnas, as well as some i found scattered throughout the web

I'm trying to revise the way I draw ordinary people since its been a while since I've done that and I've still never really figured out proper design steps of my own for drawing normal full-body human characters, which I really want to do more of for most projects. There's some annoying errors with the legs and shoulders and head, though.



I also tried inking something with Flash, but I still can't use my tablet since my stylus is missing and I haven't bought a new one. Drawing with a trackpad mouse is infuriating.
