I forgot mention.. Omg the music is so Good!! It brings back lot of memories when I played Snes back in 90s.. Its perfect fit for this game..

Ahhh, great concepts!  The ballerina baddie is really sweet, yet I'm sure she's gonna ruin my day.  Also really digging the chase scene idea, and I kinda hope that mech will borrow a little bit from Battle Clash.

Man, I tells ya, this game here is just bursting with love.

Also here are some more enemy/fixes sketches I drew today


Mainly going to focus right now on changing the drill enemies in the tower, they currently look different than I want them to, due to their design being made before the concept of the tower was made, so they don't fit with the environment currently.

I finished the sprite and walk cycle for the new tower enemy design a few hours ago

(this was a screenshot before I added the grooves to the drill)

I finally updated that ugly underground dirt tile. The initial dirt tile was made almost 5 years ago as one of the first tiles I made for this game.

I appreciate it, but I really did think it was ugly. the old one was very simple and looked like a flat wall with seemingly randomly placed diamond shapes on it. It was sloppy and amateur to me.

some new update screenshots. still working on the backgrounds, need to fix those carvings (I plan on inverting them to look like panels instead of carvings)
