Like Fish, I can't code. But unlike Fish, I lack the charm to attract programmers to work with Sad

I can't do music either, but I'm fine with that. I don't think anyone need to know all aspect of the development. It's just that coding is really important especially in a small team... which is sometime reduced to an individual.

Oh, and for those of you that have the problem of "can't finish a game", try putting your ass on the line. Get yourself in a situation where you HAVE to finish the game. Seriously, I think it's really important that you at least get through it once, else you never will. Jumping from 1 idea to the other is a vicious cycle.

Definitely coding. I mean, I can do some Actionscript, I know LUA and I'm pretty fast in learning scripting languages. I understand pretty well Oop, but when the serious stuff comes, I feel alone in an unknown land. I tried objective-C, but even with the help of Cocos 2D, it looks pretty esoteric to me. I guess I'll just try harder, cos I need that. But I'm decent at art, I even was a good 3d artist, long ago. Today it looks more difficult to me, but I'd love to catch up.

My weak points include:
-Graphics
-Sounds
-Music
-Animations

Because of that I have trouble finishing things. I also found out that working in a team improves the chance of getting things done.

I can write code faster and more stable then most people I've met. With all these people saying they can't code, seems like I'm in the right spot. Once my current project is finished I'll be looking for the next guy to help out Wink

As has been said by many, being able to reign in your design choices to an acceptable size and commit to not overcomplicating everything the whole time is seriously difficult. The great draw of indie game-making is that you can let projects grow 'organically', but you need to know when to prune too.

We don't... yet. :/ One day.

My biggest weak points include graphics, user interfaces, and marketing/advertising.

My one supreme weak point is not finishing games.

My biggest problem is I have no knowledge of programming and have no patience for trying to learn it.  I have to be content with just doing media for other peoples projects or hoping they will help me with mine.
I can squeak out very simple stuff using Multimedia Fusion but that is the extent.
