Yeah, is Jonathan Mak still working on something with I am Robot and Proud? I'm wondering whether that project has died... Nenad Jalsovec was apparently a "one hit wonder"; he made Rescue: The Beagles and thereafter vanished, never to be heard from again. His website doesn't even exist anymore. It's very sad.  I don't know who Mattias Kallio is; the name doesn't really sound familiar, and I found nothing when I tried looking him up. |

Probably all busy in gamedev hibernation. Nature of the indie beast, really. Associate awhile. Disassociate awhile. Rinse and repeat. I'm kinda wrestling with the urge to withdraw from everybody and the internet awhile, too. But I know I'll have to pretty soon, just to get moved in a couple of weeks.

But casual murder jokes are okay because it is much better to murder a person than rape them.  Any joke about an unpleasant act is unpleasant if you focus on the act and not the fact that it is a joke. Yeah, some are considered more taboo than others (and understandably certain people will find certain subjects more offensive than others) but it doesn't change the fact that in reality they are all equally horrible outside the context of a joke. |
