Details in here. http://kathack.com/HTML5Javascript is really...rolling the standard. (I had written html5 before there, until I heard that it was written on Javascript. Oops.)

Hahaha, some guys at my college made this! It was for Yahoo's Hack-U 24 hour hackday thing (I was there, but sorta failed), they won, by a lot.

Works fine in Firefox and Safari as well as Chrome. As far as I know it doesn't have anything to do with HTML5, though. It's JavaScript.

It uses canvas for the ball itself, so there's a little, but yeah looks like the rest is js and css transforms.

I went with dealextreme.com. I figured that was the most junk ridden site I could think of.

The most satisfying application I've found thus far is to turn it on when I'm checking my balance online.

Here's the thing: HTML5 doesn't do anything special on its own; it provides some useful elements, but needs JavaScript to make it go. This is my understanding, at least. Web gurus, feel free to correct me.

Yup, I think is mostly Javascript, so I changed my original post to reflect that. (and removed the chrome only on the topic title) I also changed the hack link, since the official site has a more up to date hack. They added some cool features to it.
