welp i hate being negative all the time but it's a gameloft game so it's probably bad. their games are all rush jobs with zero substance designed to look good on screenshots.

 Still playing Demise: Ascension from the IndieFort; my Giant Explorer found a baby dragon in the dungeon and it asked to join the party. Then I fell off a cliff. |

been playing Morrowind for a month and a half, was starting to get seriously bored until I reach mournhold (the tribunal expansion). This oldschool dungeon grind in a small city is so much more fun than the main world and it's empty flowery country roads with a cliffracer every ten seconds. welp i hate being negative all the time but it's a gameloft game so it's probably bad. their games are all rush jobs with zero substance designed to look good on screenshots.

I played Soul of Darkness. Its enjoyable, but unfinished mess.
Oh, and they plagiarized some sprites. For example there is golden statue from Charlotte stage in Samurai Showdown 2 and player is blatantly recolored Alucard. I know that whole Gameloft gimick is making mockbusters, but that was straight thievery, and it was unpunished.
Also, there is whole lot of ridiculous mobile chinese Castlvania rip-offs.
BTW those games use buttonmashing battle system, which makes combat dull sometimes, and now Lords of Shadows 2 going to make same mistake.

Playing Gateways, just came out (yesterday I think?). Took a while to get the hang of stuff and get into it but pretty fun when you're there. Absolute mind fuck though, time travelling, rotating the world re-sizing etc. |

I have now finally finished Okami after one hell of a long session. I feel as I can declare Okami my official favorite game of all time. Even though it had some lows towards the end it went out with a bang. Rarely do you come a cross a game with a story so engaging even if simple and characters that you care so much about. This game had originality, a fantastic world and most important of all... soul.  I think I'm getting depressed now that I finally finished it. What could ever meet up to this experience?  |
