Starting from scratch I tried a few times too, so that doesn't work either.
can i just pop in here and say you probably think it doesn't work because you don't seem to actually be changing anything?? you're making colors brighter and like you're moving things around (barely) but from what i've seen you're not actually fixing anything... or actually listening to any of the advice anyone has given to you

Erhm...no. These are from scratch: Plus there are probally more that I deleted rigt away. This is how this would still look like if I didn't listen to the advices: Or even this... So if you could stop saying that I don't follow the advice, because I do.

I'm still pretty distraught that almost two years after a bunch of members from the forum helped you with your character, you haven't really improved or taken any of those techniques people showed you to heart, if you have, they certainly don't show in your work. Two years is a lot of time to waste not improving your art, especially when you're 23 years old. I mentioned this earlier to medevenx, but I've personally given up on offering criticisms to you, only coming by to agree with what other people have to say if they sound like they know what they're talking about, so yeah, I'm with Swarms on this one. I'd be willing to come back and offer advice again, and I think more people would as well, if they felt it was actually doing you some good. I guess a final piece of advice from me would be to knuckle down and try this art thing again, going back and reading what people told you years ago. Looking at the multiple tutorials posted around here, and to take this a bit more seriously than only trying minor edits 90% of the time.

It's not Helvetica, but I think I found a fitting font: I think it could also work better withouth the moon there, now that the word "Azure" takes most of the focus in the logo.

I didn't bother to add the animation there 'cos I'd have had to do it manually, but imagine that she's doing the sword animations in the little box. There won't be many weapons in the game, so I figured I could make them all like that. What's Megaman?

Eh, I used reference, but maybe too loosely then. And it wasn't even that good in the first place.
I keep forgetting that there's a reference section now, I'll check those out.
Anything else I should fix/change there?

If this is something you really want to get good at, you're going to need to put a lot more work into it than that. Study your references closely. Get a grasp of how limbs are put together. Lengths, proportions. Measure things.
This may take years to get good at.
At the moment, the most glaring issue I have is with the construction of the arms. Arms are not supposed to bend like that. There's also very little depth to them; they look rather flat. They also don't look properly connected to her torso.
I also take issue with the face and ponytail. The eyes and other facial features just look like decals that were stuck on. They are also misaligned. Very unappealing.
Shading and color choice also need work.

If this is something you really want to get good at, you're going to need to put a lot more work into it than that. I just want to make like, 3-4 pics like that, so I don't really aim to be good at it. So maybe the best option in this case would make smaller pics where it's easier to fix these kind mistakes?

I have no clue how the hell you can claim to be listening to the critique people are giving to you and then turn around and say something like this "i'm improving!" "no i dont really need to get better, see"

I was referencing the anatomy part, dude...
Unless you claim you've to have mega understading of it to make small sprites where most of the features can't be even seen or have to be exaggerated. Obviously you'd need it for larger sprites, but if I don't plan to make many of them, it'd be silly to waste more time to start learning about it.

Actually, judging by Swarms' history, he does have mega understanding of anatomy. Look at that little fella punching away in his avatar box!
Whilst you don't need superb understanding for tiny sprites, a decent level of understanding is important. You are doing the art for your game, after all. That GUARD SWORD GET screen has a rather large portrait sprite. Nothing chibi or deformed or miniscule about it.
Of course you won't learn right away. In the meantime, don't draw it from your head. Probably don't draw it straight out of your head after you have a solid understanding. That isn't the point, this isn't a memory game, you don't win points for not peeking. Just... just copy a reference image. If you can't find one which is good enough, take a photo of yourself in that pose. Convert the anatomy as required. Straight up, it looks like her left arm is emerging from her chest. And it's a lot shorter than the right arm. And her back is a little too hunched, considering she's standing up straight. And I think her head is way too close to her right arm, maybe?
